Core is $19.99 monthly or $199 annually. Plus is $29.99 monthly or $299 annually. Max is $49.99 monthly or $499 annually.
Pricing is subscription-based. The V2 public site does not sell per-signature cover pricing.
Subscriptions are expected to be offered on monthly and annual terms. A billing period is expected to begin when the subscription is accepted in the Ember wallet and the required onchain subscription or payment confirmation is recorded.
If a monthly or annual renewal date does not exist in a later month, final terms may define the renewal or expiry date by reference to the last day of the relevant period.
The current access form is an install request form and does not begin a subscription term.
A subscription gives the subscribed wallet access to the selected cover cap, covered transaction count, wallet registration, and the claim process for eligible covered losses.
Caps do not multiply by changing wallets or adding additional registered wallets where final terms allow additional wallet registration.
A subscription may also include subscription status, wallet registration, cover decision records, claim intake, and customer support according to the final product launch terms.
The planned payment model uses Solana Subscription Plans with USDC. Ember publishes plan terms onchain, the user accepts a plan inside the Ember extension, and Ember or an approved puller collects according to the approved plan terms.
The current access form does not charge users, install the extension, connect a wallet, or start a paid subscription.
Payment or collection will not be treated as received until final confirmation rules are satisfied. If a collection fails, is reversed where reversal is possible, is underpaid, cannot be matched to the subscribed wallet, or fails compliance or fraud checks, subscription activation or renewal may be delayed or denied.
Renewal is expected to use the approved Solana Subscription Plan terms, subject to collection success, wallet balance, network availability, compliance checks, and final terms.
Cancellation is expected to stop future renewal while allowing cover to continue through the paid period, unless final terms state otherwise or the subscription is terminated for fraud, sanctions, abuse, non-payment, failed collection, or legal reasons.
Cancellation or revoke actions may require wallet-signed onchain transactions. Cancellation does not remove prior cover records, billing records, compliance records, fraud-control records, or claim evidence that Ember needs to preserve.
Upgrade, downgrade, and tier-change rules will be finalized before paid subscriptions go live.
Final terms may specify whether tier changes apply immediately, at the next billing period, after a new payment confirmation, or after additional eligibility review.
Changing tiers will not multiply or reset caps except as final binding terms expressly provide.
Refund and proration rules are not final in this draft and require counsel and product approval before launch.
Final terms may limit refunds for periods where the subscription was active, cover decisions were provided, covered transaction counts were consumed, or claims were reviewed.
Payment disputes, chargebacks, reversed transactions, fraudulent payments, or unmatched payments may result in suspension, cancellation, delayed activation, or claim review delays.
Prices may not include taxes, Solana network fees, priority fees, wallet fees, payment-provider fees, exchange-rate differences, or other third-party costs unless final terms state otherwise.
Users are responsible for taxes, network fees, and wallet or payment-provider charges associated with subscribing, renewing, cancelling, revoking, or receiving any approved payout, except where Ember expressly sponsors a fee.
The current website is an access, install-status, and information site. It does not collect payment, activate a subscription, or bind Ember to provide cover.
Final binding billing terms will be published before any paid subscription goes live.
